Booking Policy

You will be required to pay a deposit for all treatment bookings to confirm the appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
 
When a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice and a deposit has been paid, the deposit is automatically credited to your profile. If you would like your credit converted to a refund this is a manual process that has to be actioned by Director at Casa Bella Aesthetics PTY LTD.  Please reach out to Casa Bella Aesthetics director directly via phone or email us at hello@casabellaaesthetics.com.au if you would like your deposit/credit refunded.
 
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. We are boutique clinic with personalised tailored appointments to cater to each individuals needs and treatments thoroughly,  often the appointments may be back-to-back. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, we may not have time to complete the service as a whole and as such, it may need to be rescheduled to the next available appointment availability. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedule, as such the booking fee will be forfeited.
