Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.
If Casa Bella Aesthetics cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be refunded.
Appointments are of high importance and keeping scheduled bookings helps keep costs low for you. We realise that unforeseen circumstances might require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice, if possible.
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, the entire scheduled service will be charged to the card saved on file. If you have already paid a deposit, the remaining scheduled service amount will be charged.
No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If a deposit has already been paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the saved card used during the time of booking. In the event where Casa Bella Aesthetics does not have the client’s card details, a request of payment link will be sent and all future bookings will be withheld until the outstanding balance is made. This is non-negotiable.
Please note: at Casa Bella Aesthetics, we are extremely empathetic to any last minute medical or personal emergencies that impact a client’s appointment and will of course, offer discretion for any sudden cancellations.
